IN PLAYOFFS, BOTH TEAMS SHARE EXPENSES BUT THE HOME TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FIELD MAINTENANCE.

DURING WORLD SERIES, THE LEAGUE HIRES UMPIRES AND SUPPLIES THE BASEBALLS (ONLY 3 PER GAME. IF MORE ARE NEEDED THEN THE TEAMS MUST CONTRIBUTE). FIELD MAINTENANCE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOME TEAM.
